Questions clinics ask first
Is Opto360 free?
Yes. It is free to use. There is no subscription to turn on in the app.
Who can see my patients?
Only people signed in to your clinic. Your patient data stays yours. Another practice cannot open it.
How does an order reach the lab?
From a saved prescription you choose the product. When you choose to send an order to a connected lab, the refraction is already filled in.
Do reminders send themselves?
No. You get a WhatsApp or email link with the text ready. Nothing is sent through a paid messaging service.
Can patients book online?
When you turn it on. Each clinic has a public page and a QR code. Visitors see open times, not other patients.
